- Body fabric is not suitable for a durable collar. Use ribbed fabric for collar

- Because fabric is heavy = thick. Normal seams are stacked so it it creates thick layers. Cannot reduce fabric weight, so must use different stitching method.

Why do you use "SUPIMA Cotton" vs "Common Cotton"?

Our goal was to create an engineered staple T-shirt that stays looking new for as long as possible—deep black, no fading, no pilling, and a smooth surface wash after wash.

To achieve this, we use Supima® cotton, one of the finest raw materials on Earth. Its exceptionally long fibers deliver richer color saturation, superior softness, and far greater resistance to pilling compared to common cotton.
